Buying 1/12th of a beef (1/6th of a side of beef) gets you 25 lbs. of lean, grassfed ground beef and an average of 10 lbs. of steaks*. The exact steak mix will vary based on what can be evenly divided from the beef, but each share should contain at least 1 of: filet mignon, ribeye steak, strip steak, sirloin tips, top sirloin steak, skirt steak, flat iron steak, top round steak.
